At Old Quad Properties, we bring history to life through our stunning Victorian and Mission-style homes, expertly crafted to provide tenants with the perfect blend of comfort and inspiration.
The Old Quad Property journey begins during our years as five students attending Santa Clara University from 1986 - 1990. Some of our favorite memories are from living together in a house just off campus.
Upon graduation, several of us bought a fixer upper near campus to live in as we pursued our careers (keep in mind- this was the 90s). We worked together to fix it up. This inspired us to go into business together as contractors, and over the next 30+ years we built custom homes (D&G Residential Builders) and continued to fix up and rent homes together.

Our Properties
Most of our homes are near Santa Clara University and the historic Old Quad area, although we also have a historic rental home in Campbell, and a couple of student rentals near Cal Poly SLO.
At Old Quad Properties, we enjoy bringing history to life through our charming Victorian and Mission-style homes around the Old Quad area. We pride ourselves in renovating homes in a way that maintains historic charm, celebrates individuality, and provides comfortable spaces where friendships blossom and memories are made.
